Gift Voucher Policy – Sanctuary Skin & Beauty -  At our salon, gift vouchers are designed to be a flexible and thoughtful way to enjoy self-care.

Please take a moment to read our voucher guidelines below:

 

Refunds Gift vouchers are non-refundable. The only exception applies in the case of genuine illness where the voucher holder is unable to attend their appointment. Supporting communication may be required.

 

Expiry Our gift vouchers do not carry an expiry date. We understand that life gets busy, and we want you to enjoy your experience when the time feels right.

 

Transfer of Vouchers Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person; however, any changes must be provided to us in writing prior to the appointment so we can update our records. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
